| Payment and Cancellation Policy - Turkey August 16 - 23, 2010 |

Tour price $3,250 per person based on double occupancy, single supplement $400. Tour price includes everything as listed in the itinerary, air fare to and from Istanbul, Turkey is not included. Transfers from Attaturk Airport to your hotel on Monday, August 16 at 12Noon local time only and from your hotel to Attaturk Airport on Monday, August 23, one transfer only at a time to be determined, are included. Deposit of $500 per person required to secure booking for reservations made prior to May 3rd; 50% of tour cost thereafter Payable by check only, made out to :TO GRANDMOTHERS HOUSE WE GO LLC, and mailed to: TGHWG, c/o Susan Baldassano, 471 17th St., #1, Brooklyn, NY 11215. Balance is payable as follows: -50% of total tour cost is due by May 3, 2010 -Payment in full is due by July 3, 2010 -All reservations made on or after July 3, 2010 must be accompanied by payment in full. Cancellation Policy: All cancellation notices must be in writing or via e-mail. Cancellations made on or prior to May 3, 2010 will receive a full refund less $200 administrative charge. Cancellations made after May 3, 2010 and prior to July 3, 2010 will receive a full refund less a $200 administrative charge. Cancellations made on or after July 3, 2010 are not refundable. Failure to pay full amount by due date will result in cancellation of your reservation and will be treated the same as if you had notified tour operator of cancellation. Refund in full will be made if tour is cancelled by tour operator. No refunds will be made for any services not used. We strongly recommend traveler's insurance including trip cancellation insurance. Responsibilities: To Grandmothers House We Go Cooking Tours LLC does not own or operate any of the companies providing lodging, transportation or classes for this tour. We assume no responsibility for delays, losses or accidents, or for damage to persons or property caused by any persons, firm, corporations or other legal entity providing hotel, transportation, restaurant or other services incidental to these tours. No refund is made for any part of itinerary not taken. All breakfasts are included and other meals only as listed in itinerary. No substitution is permitted. Transportation to and from Turkey is not included. Transfers from Attaturk Airport, Istanbul on Monday, August 16, 2010 at 12Noon local time and to Attaturk Airport, Istanbul on Monday, August 23, 2010, one run only at a time to be determined, are included. Tips to hotel personnel and drivers and personal expenses, not specifically listed in the itinerary, are not included. Non-alcoholic beverages are included; alcoholic beverages are provided as indicated in published itinerary. Alcoholic beverages not included will be paid by tour participant.
