| Payment and Cancellation Policy |
Tour Cost: $3,250 per person double occupancy includes everything as listed in the tour itinerary. Single supplement is $500. Air Fare is not included. Transfers from Catania Airport on June14th and transfers to Catania Airport on June 22nd are included. Deposit: A deposit of $500 payable to To Grandmother's House We Go LLC is required to secure booking for the tour. Payable by check only, mail to: To Grandmothers House We Go, c/o Susan Baldassano, 471 17th Street, #1, Brooklyn, NY 11215 Balance is payable as follows: Payment of 50% of the total tour cost due no later than February 1, 2009 Payment in full is due by April 1, 2009 All reservations made on or after April 1, 2009 must be accompanied by payment in full. Cancellation Policy: All cancellation notices must be in writing or via e-mail. Cancellations made prior to February 1, 2009 will receive a full refund less a $200 administrative charge. Cancellations made on or after February 1, 2009 will be refunded based on costs recoverable to tour operator. Failure to pay full amount by due date will result in cancellation of your reservation and will be treated the same as if you had notified tour operator of cancellation. There will be no refund for any cancellation made on or after April 1, 2009 If the tour is cancelled by To Grandmother's House We Go Cooking Tours the client will receive a full refund of all monies paid. No refunds will be made for any service not used. We strongly recommend the purchase of traveler's insurance. Responsibilities: To Grandmothers House We Go Cooking Tours LLC does not own or operate any of the companies providing lodging, transportation or classes for this tour. We assume no responsibility for delays, losses or accidents, or for damage to persons or property caused by any persons, firm, corporations or other legal entity providing hotel, transportation, restaurant or other services incidental to these tours. No refund is made for any part of itinerary not taken. All breakfasts are included and other meals only as listed in itinerary, no substitution is permitted. Transportation to and from Sicily is not included. Transfers from Catania Airport for arrivals on June 14th and transfers to Catania Airport for departures on June 22nd are included. Tips and other personal expenses, not specifically listed in the itinerary, are not included. Itinerary is subject to change without prior notice. |
