| Payment and Cancellation Policy - Oaxaca February 21 - 28, 2011 |

Tour price $1,895 per person based on double occupancy, single supplement $200. Tour price includes everything as listed in the itinerary, air fare not included. Transfers from Oaxaca Airport to Mis Recuerdos B&B on Monday, February 21 and from Mis Recuerdos to Oaxaca Airport on Monday, February 28 are included. Deposit of $500 per person required to secure booking for reservations made prior to October 20, 2010; 50% of tour cost thereafter. Payable by check only, made out to :TO GRANDMOTHERS HOUSE WE GO, and mailed to: TGHWG, c/o Susan Baldassano, 471 17th St., #1, Brooklyn, NY 11215. Balance is payable as follows: 50% of total tour cost is due by October 20, 2010 Payment in full is due by January 10, 2011 All reservations made on or after January 11, 2011 must be accompanied by payment in full. Cancellation Policy: All cancellation notices must be in writing or via e-mail. Cancellations made on or prior to October 15, 2010 will receive a full refund less $200 administrative charge. Cancellations made after October 20, 2008 and prior to January 10, 2011 will receive a full refund less a $300 administrative charge. Cancellations made on or after January 11 , 2011 are not refundable. Failure to pay full amount by due date will result in cancellation of your reservation and will be treated the same as if you had notified tour operator of cancellation. Itinerary and availability subject to change without notice. No refunds will be made for any services not used. We strongly recommend traveler's insurance including trip cancellation insurance. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: To Grandmothers House We Go Cooking Tours LLC does not own or operate any of the companies providing lodging, transportation or classes for this tour. We assume no responsibility for delays, losses or accidents, or for damage to persons or property caused by any persons, firm, corporations or other legal entity providing hotel, transportation, restaurant or other services incidental to these tours. No refund is made for any part of itinerary not taken. All breakfasts are included and other meals only as listed in itinerary. No substitution is permitted. Transportation to and from Oaxaca are not included. Transfers from Oaxaca Airport on Monday, February 21 and to Oaxaca Airport on Monday, February 28 are included. Tips to B&B personnel and drivers and personal expenses, not specifically listed in the itinerary, are not included. |
